What products can you source or supply?
We trade all types of goods, with active lines in apparel and textiles, consumer electronics, home and kitchen, agro commodities and spices, beauty and personal care, and industrial supplies. If your requirement falls outside these, share the details and we will confirm feasibility.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product and supplier. Many categories start at a few cartons per SKU, while commodity and container consignments are quoted per pallet or per container.
Do you handle customs clearance and documentation?
Yes. As a clearing and forwarding agent we manage import and export documentation, customs clearance, freight booking and delivery coordination.
Can you act as our distributor or stockist in India?
Yes. We hold stock, manage replenishment and distribute to retailers and institutional buyers on behalf of principals and brands.
How long does an import or export order take?
Quotations are shared within about 72 hours. Stocked goods ship within 7 to 10 working days; imports typically take 4 to 8 weeks depending on origin and freight mode.
Which payment terms do you offer?
Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, wire) and letters of credit for larger international orders. Credit terms may be extended to established partners.
